How Much Are Marvel Comic Books Worth

How much are these old marvel comic books worth.

I have 1 “giant sized annual” X-men issue number 9, 1985.I have web of spiderman issues #1, and 6.I have the uncanny X-men issue #11 1987.The all new x-men issue number 10.And fantastic four vs X-men issue numbers 1, 2 and 3 I might have 4 I also have Heroes of hope starring the X-men issue 1...

X-Men Annual #5: $9Web of Spider-Man #1: $15Heroes for Hope: $5The rest are worth $2.50-$4 each. FYI “uncanny X-men issue #11” is also an annual. That’s retail mind you, if you can find a retailer willing to buy them from you. Other than “Web” 1 and X-Men Annual 9 you could find these in quarter bins. Maybe sell them at a garage sale for $1 each.

I have an old West Coast Avengers comic book from 1986, Vol.2 No.10, and i am wondering if it is worth very much. It is also in mint, if not near mint condition, and is a Marvel 25th anniversary. How much would this be worth?

West Coast Avengers… my guess is a buck or 2. Comics are only worth what someone is willing to pay. WCA wasn’t a huge title, so not much. Comics are also worth more if they are milestones or first appearances of someone.

how much is a 1977 marvel comic book worth.

my boyfriend has this really old comic book that i guess he found a while ago, and its the superhero women by stan lee, featuring the fabulous females of marvel comics and its copyright date is 1977. does anyone know what this would be worth? its a paperback and not in mint condition.

If it’s just the trade paperback then the comic could be worth anywhere between $3-$150.If it’s the actual original comic release it could be worth between $5-$280.The price really depends on the condition and whether or not it has been professionally evaluated. I’ve seen near mint comics that are only worth $5 go for over $100 because they received a professional grade. Here’s a guide to determine a books grade (scroll down a bit to the different grade links):http://comicbooks.about.com/od/buyingcomics/p/howtograde.htm

I recently picked up some mint-condition circa unknown Gargoyle comic books (THE GARGOYLE: Four Issue Limited Series by Marvel), and I just wanted to know if they were worth selling now, or if I should hold on to them for a couple more years (first three never been opened, fourth is missing the cardboard backing)….

I would actually suggest you looking at some online comic book stores prices… that will tell you atleast what they are worth (but remember a store would never buy it at retail value, they want to make a profit).Check this out:http://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=175221to be 100% honest with you…. there will not ever be a lot of money in those issues most likely. in 85 they sold for 75 cents and now all this time past its only selling now for 1.10 in near mint condition. maybe 40 years for now it will go up a few dollars? but that is a big maybe and that is not to be rude or anything. Just honest truth.

how much is issue 16 of the marvel comic book “Collosus” (from 1989) worth.

That comic is actually called Marvel Comics Presents #16. The price guide value is listed at $2.50. You aren’t likely to sell it for more than a dollar though, and that’s if it is in near mint condition and with a lot of luck. Marvel mass produced just about all their comics around that time and the demand for them is very small compared to the abundance that are available for sale.

Hey I’m not really a comic book collector but I ran into some of these comics and was just wondering if anyone that knows about this kind of stuff can help me out.1). “Harvey”I can’t really find a date on it, but it is a Marvel comic and is edition #4. The bottom reads, “Hectic…

It is impossible to do this exactly without seeing the comic. But I can at least give you a ball park idea.1. Harvey Volume #1 Issue #4 Marvel Comics Aug 1972In perfect shape: $90In your condition: $122. Chili Giant Size Special Volume 1 #1 Marvel Comics Dec 1971In perfect shape: $65In your condition: $303. Chili Volume 1 #13 Marvel Comics May 1970In perfect shape: $45In your condition: $84. Millie the Model Volume 1 #180 Marvel ComicsIn perfect shape: $45In your condition: $85. Millie the Model Volume 1 Annual #3 Marvel Comics 1964In perfect shape: $140In your condition: $276.Millie the Model Volume 1 Annual #5 Marvel Comics 1966In perfect shape:140In your condition:60Again that is a rough guess from the pictures you put up. ebay is the best way if you’re thinking of selling them – a comic book store will typically only give you 15%-25% of the Value. Also, check ebay like you did for popularity – if it’s selling higher then I quoted maybe something is causing a draw right now. Millie the Model is a fairly popular title overall. The other two I’d never heard of and I’m a collector so they might not sell for worth.Good luck! Hope I helped.

It all depends on the comic and its condition. My father has an original first-issue X-Men comic that’s worth $900! My suggestion: take the comic to a comic book store and find out!

How much are marvel comic cards worth.

For some reason, a good free online Comic Card Price Guide is extremely hard to find, if they actually do exist. If you want to see how much all your cards are worth, your best options would be to either buy the latest Non-Sport Update Magazine which gives prices and information for most non-sports related trading cards or check out a Price Guide book at Barnes and Noble and what not. Here is a link to the Non-Sport Update Magazine so you can see what I’m talking about:http://www.amazon.com/Non-Sport-Update/dp/B00006KQD1/ref=sr_1_2/105-5418093-1754834?ie=UTF8&s=magazines&qid=1187338839&sr=8-2Since you probably don’t want to pay that, just go to a bookstore and look through the “collectibles” section. Look for either a Trading Card Price Guide that has everything from baseball to comic cards, or preferably one that is about Non-Sports Cards. You should be able to browse through the book(s) for what you want without having to purchase it(them). I couldn’t find a specific one that would be good on Amazon, so I couldn’t provide a link for you. Good luck.

My dad has the old Ironman, Xmen, and Avengers comic books from the 60’s+… Hundreds of them, they’re just sitting in some boxes and we have no use for them. I know his Xmen #1 is signed by Jack Kirby and he has Tales of Suspense #40 but we don’t know how much his comics are worth. Most of them are in…

If everything you have just said is correct, then you have a massive amount of money. But what you need to do is take them to a reputable comic shop or auction house and have them appraised.
